Welcome to DanialMart. We are devoted to safely and promptly delivering your goods all over Pakistan! We ask that you read our Shipping Policy meticulously before making a buy.

1. Order Processing

* Your order is generally handled within one to two business days after it's confirmed.
* If you purchase anything on a weekend or during a holiday, we’ll take care of it the following business day.
* Sometimes during a sale, holiday, or when there’s a lot of traffic, processing can take a little longer than expected.

2. Shipping Coverage

Right now, we deliver orders all over Pakistan. We don’t ship internationally as of now.

3. Delivery Time

You can expect your delivery within the following timeframes:

* Main Cities: 2 to 4 business days
* Other Cities and Remote areas: 3 to 7 business days

Please keep in mind that these delivery timelines are estimates. Sometimes they can be longer due to weather, courier issues, public holidays, or anything we don’t have control over.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly shown during your checkout process before you make your purchase. On certain items or promotions, DanialMart might even offer Free Shipping!

5. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll likely receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or possibly WhatsApp, depending on your area and courier. Use this to keep tabs on your package!

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is an option in many areas within Pakistan. Make sure someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.

7. Incorrect Address

It’s up to you to provide an accurate shipping address. If we can’t deliver your order because the address is wrong or incomplete, DanialMart can’t be held responsible.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or it seems like it might be lost in transit, get in touch with us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery time. We’ll work with the courier service to figure it out.

9. Delivery Delays

Unexpected things can happen that cause delivery delays, such as:

* Bad weather

* Holidays

* Courier problems

* High demand for orders

* Events that we can't influence
